La Casa di Giò arises from the meticulous renovation of an ancient 18th century farmhouse, as attested by the engraving on the door overlooking Via del Torchio. The conservative restoration works, completed during 2019, gave rise to four apartments conceived and decorated with scrupulous care and attention to every detail.

Each housing unit is fully furnished and designed to meet the needs of the most demanding guests. The attention to detail is evident in every corner: from the entrance with armored door, to the high quality fixtures that guarantee tranquility and sound insulation, up to the exposed beam roof which gives a touch of rustic charm.

 

The bathrooms, characterized by a modern and refined design, boast elegant crystal showers, while the kitchens are fully equipped with latest generation appliances. Each apartment is equipped with a flat-screen TV for guests to relax, while climate comfort is guaranteed thanks to the efficient latest generation air conditioning and independent zone heating.

 

Access to the structure is made extremely practical thanks to the innovative smart access code system, which allows guests to enter completely independently and at any time, eliminating the need to manage a physical key.
